Our team has a passion for making a real difference in decarbonising heating

We’re on the lookout for great people passionate about net zero

Why join Rendesco

The future of heating is geothermal. With increased awareness of climate change and Government policy orientated to renewables and decarbonisation, now is the time to be part of a company building the low carbon infrastructure that helps get the UK to net zero.

Rendesco is the market leader in the fast-growing heat pump sector, offering a wide range of services from designing and installing systems to owning and operating heat networks. We have some of the most experienced cross-discipline engineering teams in the UK, and have completed hundreds of projects since our inception. The company was launched in 2012 to become the number one provider of renewable heating in the UK. Since then it has created the only owned ground source heat pump infrastructure portfolio in the UK and launched a joint-venture with Last Mile  to deliver an innovative, funded model for new build housing developments. Our funded model, which is backed by historical operating data, will make geothermal systems accessible at scale.

How we hire

Our recruitment process is designed to allow all candidates to have the opportunity to fully understand what we do and how we operate, while ensuring we continue to recruit outstanding talent.

You will likely go through a series of technical and personality based interviews with team managers and senior leadership as a way of mutually introducing one another.

It is important that you come prepared, demonstrating that you have done prior background research, and to be open and forthright about yourself during the interview.
